I made a DS4 concept from the rumours of the next DualShock having a touch pad on the controller. I modeled it based on the DS3 and made some changes.

There’s a touch pad between the dpad and face buttons. The PS button is moved lowered to allow space for the touchpad. There was a rumour where there are no start or select buttons. Which can be mapped to the touch pad clicks (left for select, right for start) or it can mapped as a gesture or a specific area on the touch pad.
The dpad is based on the PSVita d-pad (great dpad by the way). The L2/R2 are concaved similar to the Move navigation controller.
